|Responsibilities/Scope of work
- Find new and nurture existing customers by keeping an open channel of communication between the company and customer, in assigned market verticals of focus
- Establish a good rapport with customers and be dependable in servicing them to earn customer trust.
- Analyse customer requirements and present price proposals after discussing with Product Management.
- Collect and summarise sales leads in market verticals being focussed by company for new business acquisition and market development.
- Knowledge of working with CRM and SFA systems.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies related to brands and Products under consideration.
- Contributes to overall growth plan by accomplishing assigned goals.
- Experience in media technology product sales preferred.
- Knowledge of sales process, customer engagement, data management and sales pipeline would be beneficial.
- Must be a results oriented individual to succeed in sales.
