Responsibilities/Scope of work
  • Provide hardware service and software support for Pro Audio / Live sound  / Installed Sound Applications.
  • Evaluate systems, products, components, and applications to identify and troubleshoot.
  • Prepare service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • The successful candidate must be prepared to undergo training in Mumbai for 6 months (Minimum)
Relevant Experience
  • Must have experience in servicing telecom, AV or computer electronics.
  • Should have good knowledge about Computer Hardware and Software.
  • Experience in the Audio industry is preferred.
Educational Qualifications

Diploma/Engineering in electronics or telecommunications.

  • Must possess a flair for sales with good communication skills.
  • Must be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.
  • Knowledge of the sales process, customer engagement, data management, and sales pipeline.
  • Experience in technology products sales.

Educational Qualifications

Any graduate with a background in media technology sales is preferred.
